Had PERFECT 10/10 stay for 3 nights, the staff were accommodating, location was marvellous really close to the center. The room was well-maintained & spotless with cupboard and bedroom and a double bed. The breakfast was enjoyable and generous with juices, cheeses and also good coffee, had everything you could want.

Location: the hotel was near restaurants and bars, and within easy walk to the English Gardens. Everything here was great, I will be back.

The rooms with a large bathroom, a shower, TV, outstandingly accommodating staff especially the Romanian receptionist. A lot of well presented food for meals.

The hotel had a central position next to the U Bahn, and a pub which was mostly quiet. The place had a quiet atmosphere. I booked a room with a nice bed, central heating, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator.

Shame the bathroom was very small.

Perfect hotel with super friendly staff, has marvellous location in the museum quarter. The rooms are huge and reasonably large, with dresser and mobile phone, as for instance provided.

The bathrooms are a little cramped.

Good service too. A refrigerator, a seating area, and a writing desk in the room and the comfortable bed. Plenty of food for the continental breakfast.

Lovely small hotel and comfy location in the centre of the city near to everything. Quiet atmosphere, generous breakfast with boiled eggs, delicious fresh rolls and cheese.

The service was decent, totally satisfied. The double room was new-fashioned and had central heating, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator. The breakfast was very very good as expected.

Great location, convenient for exploring the historic center. Close to metro station. Wide selection of restaurants and cafes nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Baby-friendly amenities provided.

Neat hotel, very pleasant staff especially the Romanian receptionist. Continental breakfast, huge and modern room with a shower and a double bed, as example. Good and magnificent location close to the subway. Based just next door to city centre and the beautiful English Gardens and the main square.

The location was incredible, to the center of Munich. The breakfast with juices, fruit salad, cereals was wonderful and generous for what you got.

I had a last-minute change in my flight schedule and arrived early in the morning. The hotel staff at Carlton Astoria went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process. They even saved breakfast for me and allowed me to rest in the room after the check-out time. The care and hospitality I experienced were exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for their excellent service and value.
